"Winnemucca" is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom single country-style cabin featuring a scripted fireplace in the living room. Each window has locally-controlled blinds - simply touch a window to change. Access to the blinds can be set to owner-only, owner's group, or everyone, Just click-and-hold on a window for at least 3 seconds to bring up the access control. With a structure footprint of 21m x 14.5m, this house will easily fit even on standard 512m parcels. If prims are a concern, the kitchen and bathroom fixtures are removable, dropping the prim count to 72 prims. Landscaping shown is not included.

The bedroom loft overlooks the living room and is accessible from a spiral staircase in the living room. It has its own small balcony overlooking the front. The living room features tall oversized windows offering a supurb view of the back yard. The living room opens up to a rear wood deck perfect for small parties or for just enjoying the outdoors. A high cathedral ceiling completes the rustic ambience. With a structure footprint of only 16m x 32m, this house will fit easily on nearly all parcels - even 512m mainland parcels (house will not fit within standard 512m prim limits - additional prims required).
